Pack downloads
Gloss-video export problems are much faster to fix when we know whether the issue happened during upload, build, download, or after the exported file was opened.
- Say whether the failure happened before the build started, during processing, during the download, or after opening the exported file.
- Include the pack job ID and whether you used a direct media URL or uploaded media.
- If the downloaded HTML opens but media, transcript, or controls behave differently offline, mention the browser or file-opening path you used.
Common cases
Use Help for broken public flows, account issues, builds, billing, access, and OCR questions.
- The public `/gloss` text glosser.
- Broken flows in the demo, glosser, extension, or on-screen-text tools.
- Include the username or email tied to the Interlign account.
- Include the video URL, job ID, or upload filename whenever a specific build is involved.
