Study kit balance

Downloadable study kits are paid from your Interlign balance.

• Study Kits currently use one-time balance deposits instead of a monthly subscription.
• Each queued build should show an estimated dollar cost before processing starts.
• Buildable jobs reserve funds from your balance when they enter the queue.
• If a reserved build fails before completion, the held amount should return to your balance automatically.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.
• Feature limits, pricing, and balance rules may change as the product evolves.

Deposits and refunds

Deposits are one-time payments that stay on your account until they are used or refunded under this policy.

• Deposits are intended to be one-time charges, not recurring charges.
• Unused balance funds remain on the account for future study kit builds unless they are refunded or otherwise adjusted under this policy, checkout terms, or applicable law.
• Duplicate charges and obvious billing mistakes should be corrected.
• If a queued study kit build fails after reserving funds, that held amount should be refunded back to your balance.
• Questions about a specific charge are much easier to resolve when you include the date, amount, and pack job ID.
• Billing questions can use /support.

Future subscriptions

If other Interlign products use subscriptions later, those terms will be shown separately at checkout.

• Study Kits should keep reading as one-time balance deposits unless checkout says otherwise.
• Desktop, extension, and other app surfaces may use a different billing model later.
• If other Interlign surfaces later launch as subscriptions, their recurring terms and any price such as the price shown at checkout should be shown clearly at checkout.
